The Condestable Mining Company S.A. has four (04) active wells. According to their monitoring program, they recorded the increase in conductivity and water quality of their wells. GYC was responsible for evaluating and analyzing the characteristics in the wells. Therefore, pumping tests were carried out.
The Condestable Mining Company S.A. has four (04) active wells. According to their monitoring program, they recorded the increase in conductivity and water quality of their wells. GYC was responsible for evaluating and analyzing the characteristics in the wells. Therefore, pumping tests were carried out. That way, information on the hydrogeological regime and operational sustainability of the wells was obtained. The wells were evaluated using a submersible video camera; in addition, the geophysical study of Vertical Electrical Drilling (VES) and the installation of a datalogger were carried out. The hydrochemical characteristics indicate that there is filtration from areas surrounding agricultural fields, as well as saline systems in contact with water flows.
